This is an upper, lower back, neck & shoulder and arms deep tissue massage. A good massage treatment can relieve the tense and tightness pain around back and neck and shoulder and on arms, making you feel relaxed after a training session, exercise, sitting at a desk all day or working in a repetitive role for example in a manufacturing etc.
