Cancellation Procedure: - if you would like to cancel your appointment please do text on 07930343047, with your name, date of your appointment, your treatment, and reason for your cancellation this should be done prior before 24 hours before your appointment. Thereafter you will be notified by cancellation email that your appointment has been cancelled.

Last Minute Cancellation at doorstep: - dependant on your chosen treatment, that is the fee you would to pay if you choose to cancel at last minute at the doorstep.

Running  late for your appointment: -  you will be notify by text or by telephone in case if I'm running late.
